About The Show:
Chef’s Story takes us deep into the world of the star chef. Host Dorothy Cann Hamilton, founder and CEO of the French Culinary Institute, explores the life, culinary influences and seminal cooking experiences of the world’s renowned master chefs. Guests, including Lidia Bastianich, Rick Bayless, Todd English, Jacques Pépin, Charlie Trotter and other luminaries, reflect on their careers and share insights into the craft of cooking.

Dorothy Hamilton
Dorothy Hamilton established The French Culinary Institute in 1984 and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the James Beard Foundation. She was appointed Chairwoman emerita for life of the American Institute of Wine and Food (AIWF) in 1994.
