
Bridget Lancaster joined the
Cook’s family as a test cook in 1998 and has worked on various magazine and book projects. She is a senior editor, and an on-screen test cook for
America’s Test Kitchen. Bridget has studied, lived and worked in various parts of the South and Midwest, and now is responsible for the food and recipe development for
Cook’s Country magazine – the sister publication to
Cook’s Illustrated . Bridget resides in Marblehead, Massachusetts, where she enjoys cooking with her chef-husband, Stephen and family meals with their son, Tom.
