Pilar Sanchez honed her culinary skills at some of the California's finest restaurants, The Wine Cask and the Four Seasons Biltmore in Santa Barbara; Ernie's and the Four Seasons Clift in San Francisco; and the Restaurant at Meadowood in Napa Valley. She has co-starred in her own national cooking series on the Food Network: Melting Pot's Mediterranean Table. In 2001, Pilar was appointed Chef de Cuisine at the Culinary Institute of America's Greystone Restaurant.
