Sean Knight

Sean Knight started his career working for Chef Joachim Splichal at Patina, the world-renowned restaurant in Los Angeles. His talent was quickly recognized, so Sean was transferred to Pinot Blanc, to serve as Executive Chef. Under his direction the restaurant has become a local favorite and a destination for many visitors to the wine country.
