Vicki Payne produces nationally syndicated television shows which are carried by more than 175 different public television stations as well as the cable networks GoodLife TV and FamilyNet. She is the host of DIY Crafts on Home and Garden Television’s D.I.Y. Network, and is a frequent guest on home improvement and crafting shows, including The Carol Duvall Show, HomeMatters, Kitty Bartholomew: Your Home and Decorating with Style.

Vicki and her daughter Sloan Payne-Rutter, are the creative forces behind Charlotte, NC-based Cutters Productions. Cutters produces Glass with Vicki Payne, PAINT! PAINT! PAINT!, One Stroke Painting with Donna Dewberry, For Your Home, and In The Studio with Priscilla Hauser. In addition to the series work, Cutters also produces award-winning pledge specials Savvy Senior, Kid Concoctions and Household Concoctions (both with John and Danita Thomas) and Starter Strokes, a children’s show from Donna Dewberry. A published author who has just released her new book Stained Glass Classroom, Vicki has produced how-to videos and is frequently published in craft and trade magazines. She serves as a consultant to companies throughout the craft and hobby industries. A member of the Art Glass Association (AGA), Hobby International Association, Association of Creative Crafts, Designers Association and the Society of Craft Designers, and she has served as Chairperson of the AGA Manufacturers' Committee.
