Rachel Allen, described by the BBC as the “Irish cooking queen”, has gained international acclaim with her popular cooking shows and four best-selling cookbooks. She has already secured a loyal following of American viewers.

Now she brings her talent to Create beginning Sept. 20 with Rachel's Favorite Food at Home.

Rachel cooks up practical dishes. She uses easy-to-find ingredients, but does not sacrifice taste or style.

Rachel's Favorite Food at Home introduces viewers to some traditional Irish recipes, including Rachel’s family favorites, and features international dishes from destinations like South America and Italy. Each episode focuses on a specific theme: such as hosting a dinner party, picnic, or romantic dinner for two.

Rachel prepares these recipes in her own kitchen in County Cork, Ireland, giving the show a unique personal touch.
