Each episode of Christina Cooks: Back to the Cutting Board
features a fun and practical cooking class full of useful information and delicious recipes. The program covers topics such as how to begin eating whole foods, how to snack healthy, and how to cook a simple supper for a waiting family. Christina unlocks the health benefits of Mediteranean cooking and teaches viewers how to cook Italian, using lentils and, of course, plenty of pasta. Other episodes take a funny and insightful, nutritional approach to liver, kidney and heart health and diabetes prevention.
