Camp Create

Keep kids engaged while school’s out with fun summer activities from Create's resident camp counselors. P. Allen Smith teaches children how to grow vegetables; Family Travel With Colleen Kelly and Travel With Kids embark on educational adventures; Sara Moulton shares kid-friendly recipes with some pint-sized sous chefs; and the Hands on Crafts team "paints" with sand, weaves a beaded dream catcher and creates a camp lantern.

Summer Bites

This weekend, Create's lifestyle pros whip up summer-inspired recipes for your cookouts, picnics and parties. The America’s Test Kitchen/Cook's Country teams combine to make grilled mojo-marinated skirt steak, spice-rubbed chicken drumsticks, New England baked beans and Italian pasta salad Caesar green beans (pictured). Sara Moulton whips up delicious shrimp lettuce wraps. And Lidia Bastiniach tops off her favorite summertime recipes with one of her favorite desserts: polenta with honey and berries.
