Serves 5-6

2½ cups (250 g) Oats
⅔ cup (75 g) Pecans
¾ cup (115 g) Almonds
½ cup (75 g) Raisins
½ cup (50 g) Cranberries, dried
⅔ cup (75 g) Sunflower seeds
½ cup (100 g) Brown sugar
⅔ cup (160 ml) Maple syrup
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
⅓ cup (75 ml) Oil

This is how you do it:
In a large bowl, combine the oats, pecans, almonds, raisins, dried cranberries and sunflower seeds. And in another bowl, mix brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla extract and oil.

Next, combine all the ingredients together. Place the granola mix on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake the granola at 300°F (150°C) for 30-40 minutes.

Store the granola in an airtight container.
