Mango Key Lime Pie

5 egg yolks
1 can condensed Milk
˝ cup Key Lime juice
2 Tbsp. almond extract
1 cup Medium ripe mango Chunks
˝ tsp Salt
1 Prepared Graham Cracker Crust

1. Set oven to 325 degrees.
2. Add yolks to stand mixer and begin whisking until yolks become pale yellow. Add the milk and key lime juice and extract. Mix until combined.
3. Remove bowl from mixer and add the mango chunks and salt. Stir well with a spatula.
4. Pour into prepared shell and shake to remove any air pockets and level.
5. Place in oven and cook until liquid is set and firm to the touch, about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool when done. Slice and serve with whipped cream and slice lime.
